Price: 20% of the rental income, plus cleaning fees of €30 per bedroom.

Rent More

With us, guests can arrive and depart any day of the week. They receive their keys either in person on site or from the secure key box that we install at your property.
We accept last-minute bookings, which are becoming increasingly common.
To make the stay as pleasant as possible from the very beginning, we equip your holiday home with a welcome kit. It includes paper towels and toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid / dishwasher tablets, a bottle of shampoo and shower gel, as well as cotton swabs and makeup remover pads.

Household
linen

We’ve opted for top-of-the-range pure combed cotton linens to add extra comfort to your villa. They are cleaned in our own laundry using natural, hypoallergenic products. We supply bed linen, bath sheets, towels, bath mats, beach towels, tea towels and hand towels.

Cleaning

As cleanliness is imperative, we are committed to ensuring that cleaning is carried out to perfection. In fact, it follows very precise procedures. All the cleaning products we use are of natural origin and are hypoallergenic. The hoovers are fitted with HEPA filters and the floor cloths are made of microfibre.

Delivery
of bicycles

If the tenant wants, we can deliver bicycles for an even better experience. They’ll be able to enjoy the many cycle paths as soon as they arrive at your villa, without the hassle of logistics.
