We’ve put together a complete package to ensure you enjoy your holiday from the moment you arrive until you leave. All you have to do is let us know you’re arriving and we’ll take care of the entire preparation of your villa and the outside area. You’ll arrive to a clean, welcoming home and can start enjoying your holiday straight away. Your villa is put on standby after your departure: complete cleaning, linen management, tidying up of outdoor furniture, closing of the swimming pool.
Cleaning price: €30 to €40 per bedroom
Linen price: €25 per prepared bedroom
Monitoring
your villa
Give yourself peace of mind by letting us look after your villa. We can take care of interior/exterior inspections, pick up the mail from your letterbox, hand over the keys to the builders and carry out inspection visits after bad weather.

Monitoring & work
management
For small jobs or larger projects, we can help you draw up quotes from craftsmen and monitor the work. Our team closely monitors the work to ensure that it is carried out properly. We ensure that every stage of the project is completed on time and to the required quality standards. Through constant communication with the craftsmen and on-site supervision, we ensure that everything goes according to plan. If any problems arise or adjustments need to be made, we intervene quickly to minimise any inconvenience and ensure your satisfaction.

Spring Cleaning
Spring cleaning is intended to thoroughly clean your villa and its appliances before the first rental or your first arrival.
We have developed a detailed checklist that covers even the smallest details.
